Welcoming the project-creation of the Mind provides a welcome service, guidance and support for people who access the counter Lawyer Legal Association of Street in the city of Bologna. Six young people aged between 18 ed i 30 years that have indicated their intention to make a volunteer experience with the homeless have supervised the planning and implementation of service. They operate at the door as support workers accompanying and directing the user to access the service and supporting the lawyers working at the counter in the performance of their work. Young people are a valuable point of reference person accessing the counter and have a triple valence: operational, educational and emotional. The project is also for young people who participate in a formative experience of volunteering and active citizenship and a chance to meet and exchange with the reality of social problems.
