The first need is to contact an alumni association of the area involved in activities to assist homeless people, that is willing to host the project and can provide the minimum infrastructure (a room for the reception, a phone, pc, etc.) necessary over the counter.
Once you find the right combination you need to arrange a meeting, useful to get acquainted, between the volunteer lawyers willing to open the door, if the President, or a reference point, host association, and leaders of the National.
