The office of Attorney Street was born in Padua 2004. Since then the project goes forward with the work of lawyers totally free, Legal experts, college students who perform at our placements / internships, but also ordinary citizens who provide a few hours a week of their time to run this service. From the birth of the project are thousands of people who have turned to our branches and hundreds of files opened by operators and volunteers.

From November 2010, Lawyer to the project road was flanked by the project Padua Psychologist street. Also based on a totally free service provided by psychologists (including psychologists with professional qualification of civil mediator) and volunteers, the service of "Com-munitas", which the psychologist is part of the Road, addresses various types of social, often not visible, but extremely dramatic. The service takes care of all those people who live by the critical point of view to the inclusion in society, the maintenance of an adequate psycho-physical balance, accessibility and enjoyment of their rights, to ensure their preservation of their dignity and planning.

WHAT WE DO
Attorney Street Padua offers legal advice and assistance to homeless, all free. All homeless people can present themselves to doors without an appointment. Once received, people are followed in all their problems. The door Psychologist Street, from listening to the user-reported problem, will take care of a 'demand analysis to identify the needs and discomforts present. In addition to offering its expertise in the psychological Classic, Psychologist Street, integrates with the legal activity, working with Attorney Street, users to clarify their social rights due, helping, also, the person to take responsibility of the judicial( lodge a complaint, or understand their motivations and whether the defense has rievuta). The lens is then to make people aware of and participate in civil or criminal liability for their behavior, This is also in order to avoid engaging in judicial unsustainable paths.

SUPPORT
The door, for their specific mode of action, unable to self-finance its activities. The lawyers and psychologists, in fact, provide their voluntary work in a totally free and the door must bear its own legal fees assisted. You can financially support the door with small contributions deductible from your income tax return.
